Hi! I'm Selvaggia Baros, and this is my blog where I've been on a mission to help women have fun with fashion and feel good about themselves since 2007.

Prior to launching TheBudgetBabe.com, I worked as a content producer for Oprah.com in my hometown of Chicago, Illinois. I currently reside in Connecticut with my husband and three children.

This space has evolved a lot over the years, from some of the very first try-ons, mirror selfies, "shop with me" photos, and looks-for-less on the web, to live coverage of New York Fashion Week.

At its core, not much about The Jump Jump Sugar has really changed at all. Whether I'm blogging or creating Reels on Instagram, I'm still all about sharing affordable everyday outfits and deals, and I'm motivated by my readers and fellow bargain hunters who just love a good deal!

These days, I'm most active on Instagram and in the free LTK app. I hope you'll follow along for more outfit inspiration and daily deals.
